Booking & cancellation
A few simple terms so every visit runs smoothly — for you and for our therapists.
Payment

Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduling
- 01
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Changes are subject to appointment availability.
Late cancellations & missed appointments
- 01
Where less than 24 hours' notice is given, a reasonable cancellation charge may be deducted from the prepaid amount, taking account of actual losses, costs saved and whether the appointment can be filled by another client.

Any remaining balance will be refunded where applicable.
Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights under UK law.
